Maintenance Assembly Foreman

As a Maintenance Assembly Foreman within the Engineering Division, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing production downtime across our manufacturing lines. Reporting to the Engineer, you will lead and coordinate the maintenance team in monitoring and maintaining assembly machines, electrical/electronics systems, and factory facilities. Your responsibilities combine team supervision, maintenance planning, and technical troubleshooting including coordinating preventive maintenance activities, ensuring spare parts and tools availability, monitoring maintenance performance, and ensuring all work complies with company safety and quality standards. You will also lead daily briefings, provide coaching and On-the-Job Training (OJT), develop team skills, and drive continuous improvement through Kaizen while embedding the values of the Sumitomo Spirit and SWS WAY into everyday shop-floor activities.
