As an Assembly Trainer, you will play an important role in developing employee skills and supporting production readiness through effective training and coaching. You will provide practical training on Assembly processes, work methods, quality standards, and safety procedures, ensuring that trainees understand and can properly perform each operation. You will conduct hands-on training, evaluate trainee performance, provide feedback, and identify areas that require further improvement. You will also coordinate with the Assembly team and related departments to ensure that training content and methods are aligned with actual production requirements. In addition, you will prepare training materials, maintain training records and evaluation results, and support skill improvement activities within the Training Center. Through effective communication, coaching, and continuous improvement, you will contribute to developing competent and skilled Assembly employees.
