In this role, you will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and controlling machine spare parts inventory to ensure continuous availability for cutting and crimping production and maintenance activities. You will collaborate closely with maintenance engineering teams on spare parts planning, procurement, and stock control, conduct regular stock-taking, prepare comprehensive inventory and maintenance reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives while upholding strict safety and 5S standards.

As a Maintenance Cutting & Crimping Junior Technician within the Engineering Division, you will play a critical technical and inventory-control role supporting our high-speed cutting and crimping manufacturing operations. You will oversee the complete lifecycle of technical spare parts from forecasting and planning requirements to procurement coordination, physical stock-taking, and maintaining precise inventory records. Working in close partnership with maintenance technicians and engineers, you will ensure that critical machine components, applicator parts, and tools are readily available to minimize machine downtime. In addition to inventory governance, you will generate analytical maintenance and stock reports, apply Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen principles to optimize store workflows, and enforce a safe, disciplined, and 5S-compliant workplace.
