In this role, you will be responsible for leading, planning, and coordinating daily maintenance activities to ensure smooth and reliable production operations. You will supervise the maintenance team in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, ensuring safety and 5S compliance, and driving continuous improvement through Kaizen and the SWS Way culture.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and reviewing daily finance and accounting activities to ensure accurate and timely financial records and reporting. You will handle and monitor Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payment, reconciliation, and taxation processes, as well as support monthly and annual financial closing activities. You will work closely with internal departments, auditors, and external parties to ensure financial and tax-related matters are properly handled in accordance with applicable regulations and company policies. You will also provide guidance and review the work of junior finance and accounting staff to support accurate and efficient accounting operations.
